“Sayvaa karat ho-ay nihkaamee 

Tis ka-o hot paraapat su-aamee” 

 ―One  who  performs  selfless  service,  without  thought  of  reward,  shall  attain  his  Lord  and 

Master‖ (SGGS- p-286). Selflessness should be a key leadership competency in each and every 

organization.
