ABSTRACT

 

This article examines the specifics of human capital management and the growing importance of 

the  human  factor  as  capital.  In  particular,  the  problems  of  human  capital  development  in  the 

modern  economy  were  studied,  as  well  as  recommendations  for  their  effective  uses  in  the 

economy were developed.
