Sanad of Hadith 
Sanad hadith is one of the first constructs in (SH). It discusses the narrators in the hadith. 
Sanad hadith
is a 
genealogy of narrators who narrate the hadith to the Prophet (Sakinah, Wan Nashrudin. Etl. 2015). The points raised 
by informants during the briefing were: biographies of the narrators and their history when narrating the hadith. The 
highest narrator, known as 
Rawi al-A'la
has become a priority in the description of the teaching of the hadith. Other 
narrators after 
Rawi al-A'la
, such as 
tabi‟in 
and 
tabi‟ tabi‟in
are also not left to be discussed. Other aspects of 
attention are such as 
Tahammul wal Ada‟
and 
Jarh wal Ta'dil
are some specific terms related to the method of 
accepting the hadith. A total of four items were submitted, all based on discussions of aspects of the sanad of hadith. 
Item (1) related to the discussion of the sanad, indicates 100% of the informants make the discussion related to the 
sanad. All informants have agreed that the details should be discussed. Item (2) relates to the description 
Rawi al-
A‟la
(highest narrator), showing that 88.89% of informants had made descriptions of the biography of 
Rawi al-
A'la
and that their history contains hadith. Whereas item (3) is related to the description of other narrators like 
tabi‟in and tabi‟ tabiin, indicates that 44.45% of informants had agreed to the description. But 55.55% disagree, 
because of the limited time spent in the learning session. Item (4) related to 
Description of Tahammul wal 
Ada‟
and 
Jarh wal Ta‟dil
only showing that 44.45% of the total informants. The level of teacher knowledge that is a 
factor of this item is not applied. The average value of the constructions of sanad hadith as one of (SH) descriptive 
approaches in the study of the hadith, reached 69.5%.
