International Relations (IR) Major 
The School of International Relations expects all students to uphold the university’s 
founding spirit and educational philosophy, agree with the terms of the education 
policy, and aim to uphold the following qualities: 
1. A positive attitude towards, and active involvement in academia and activities on

2. Utilizing what was learned during one’s high school years in order to form the 
basics necessary for studying at university.
