5. Access Control 
In order to protect the bank’s assets, reduce risks related to illegal access to the main systems of the bank, and 
increase operational efficiency, improvement of controls and means related to legalizing and monitoring powers 
granted to employees continued, namely:
 
■ Activating the automatic reactivation of T24 usernames and passwords to facilitate relevant procedures, reduce 
execution times, and to increase performance efficiency and security.
 
■ Implementing the Identity Management System (IDAM), which controls the process of granting employees access 
powers to bank systems  .
 
■ Automating access rights requests to all banking systems in order to facilitate electronic applications and 
archiving.
