The actuality and significance of the dissertation work. An important source in the study of phraseology in world linguistics is the figurative thinking of linguists, a description of the diversity of the history and culture of peoples. Today, phraseological units are widely studied in various aspects of the language. One of the important tasks of modern linguistics is the study of the formation of phraseology in different systematic languages ​​in the comparative aspect of linguistic and extralinguistic aspects. Comparative study of not only lexical, but also thousands of phraseological units is of practical importance for the lexical richness of languages.
Various aspects of phraseological units have been studied in world linguistics. He wrote a number of monographs and dissertations on phraseology in various languages, as well as multilingual phraseological dictionaries. However, the process of formation of phraseological expressions, their role in increasing the vocabulary of the language is still of great theoretical importance.
The problem of somatic phraseological units in Uzbek linguistics has been studied in detail, their lexical and semantic possibilities have been analyzed in many ways. However, separate studies to determine the structural-semantic, structural-grammatical features of somatic phraseological units with the “Hand” component in the German and Uzbek languages ​​and their paradigmatic aspects have not been conducted. It should be noted that phraseological expressions are nominal units that are formed in the language a second time. For this reason, the features that arise in their structure and semantics require a special study. After all, "... the task of developing scientific research and innovation, providing every possible way for creative ideas and developments" also implies the need to demonstrate the practical results of theoretical research. The scientific conclusions of the study are of practical importance in the compilation of bilingual or multilingual dictionaries.
