The third chapter is entitled “Description of the social-historical environment 
and women's creativity in Moga Rahmoni's tadkirat “Pardaneshinone suhanguy”. 
“Pardaneshinone Suhangoy” which covers the timespan of eight centuries by 
Afghan writer Moga Rahmoni, who was first involved in creative research, contains 
information about the system of government in Movarounnahr, Iran, Afghanistan, 
and India. This tadkira is an important source in the study of issues related to the 
Baburid period and the role of princesses in public policy and literature. The 
information provided by Moga Rahmoni serves as an important source in covering 
the reforms carried out to improve the governance of the period, and in evaluating 
the poetry and art of the period under study. In her tadkirat, Moga Rahmoni focuses 
on the Baburids, mainly on the life and work of Akbarshah, Jahangir Mirza, Shah 
Jahan, and the queens of that period, Gulbadan Begim, Nurjahon Begim, and 
Zebunniso Begim. In turn, the tadkirat of “Pardaneshinone suhangoy” is very 
valuable in studying the role of Baburi and Timurid princesses in public policy. The 
fifth chapter of the tadkirat is enriched with interesting factual information about 
poetesses belong to the unknown period of time by Moga Rahmani. This chapter 
contains 22 poems, 4 ghazals, 9 fards, 7 verses, 4 rubais and one matla by 37 
poetesses. In this chapter, we have compared the works of Ismatiy, Orzuiy and a 
woman named Davlat from Samarkand with the information in other tadkirats, and 
for the first time put them into scientific circulation on a tabular basis.
