Competitiveness of the enterprise increases as product quality improves, production
efficiency is improved, management system is improved.
-It is necessary to increase the activity of employees, to create a creative
approach to work. Active participation of personnel in the implementation of the
quality management system is a prerequisite. Collaboration and involvement of
employees in this process will maximize opportunities for the benefit of the enterprise.
This is the third principle of ISO 9000 certification.
Systematic analysis of the concept of quality shows that quality is a complex
and multidimensional object of management. Each level of management (state,
territory and enterprise level) influences quality in its own ways and ways.
Understanding the notion of 'quality' at the regional level will provide a better
understanding of the quality problem and the development of strategic programs to
address this problem.
The creation of a quality system, including a regional system of quality, is
influenced by numerous factors, including technical, economic, social, and even time-
consuming, at all stages of the product life cycle. Therefore, a successful and
comprehensive solution to this problem requires a comprehensive and systematic
approach. The results of our research on the study of global and local experiences
have shown this. The result of a systematic approach to quality management is the
quality management system, while the quality management system is the highest
consequence of the evolution of approaches to quality management.
Thus, in our view, the quality management system at the regional level is a
product of the synthesis of knowledge about quality management and the economy of
the region. Therefore, it is necessary to review the accumulated knowledge of the
evolution and methodology of quality management in the context of the region, taking
into account the diversity of factors and conditions that have a significant impact on
the quality of products and services and the quality of life in general. The purpose of
this is to systematically interpret the concept of “regional quality management
system”.
An analysis of international experience in the field of quality management
theory and practice has shown that achieving progress in quality through the use of
effective management systems is one of the key tools in overcoming the economic
crisis and securing a solid position in the international market.
The overall performance indicators proposed include:
Depreciation rate of fixed assets of enterprises and organizations in the region.
This indicator is determined by the ratio of the depreciation of fixed assets (the
difference between the net realizable value of the fixed assets and the residual book
value) to the total book value of the fixed assets as of that date (percentage).
