Research methodology. As a result of the research, changes in the field of 
modern management were studied, taking into account the directions of management 
in order to develop modern governance in the country, their integrated use, and the 
future development of modern forms of governance. Scientific conclusions and 
recommendations for the development of modern management have been developed.
Analysis and Results. It is important to study modern forms of governance in 
each country under the influence of the acceleration of the process of strong 
globalization in the world economy. Through the development of management 
concepts, scientific research has been formed as a separate independent direction. By 
achieving the goal, ways of effective development of enterprises through modern 
management have been developed. On the basis of the study of modern concepts, 
ways to effectively use the structure of firms through the preparation, viewing as a 
closed system, the systematic organization of organizations have been developed 
American psychologist A. Maslow says in his research that changing people's needs 
should focus not only on economic issues, but also on an in-depth study of their 
mental states. Figure 1 provides information on modern management concepts and 
develops adaptation concepts or strategies. The duration of firms' strategies depends 
on internal and external factors. Under the influence of the use of such strategies, 
production determines the location of enterprises in different countries and increases 
the pace of production. It is advisable to develop rational strategies for optimizing the
