Conclusions and recommendations: 
In conclusion, it is possible to achieve positive changes in the activities of all 
organizations and enterprises on the basis of an in-depth study of modern 
management. The study of this area provides an opportunity to develop global 
strategies for rapid economic development. Short, medium and long-term programs 
for industries and sectors are developed through global development strategies.
Therefore, the study and research of modern management is one of the most important 
issues today. In-depth analysis of these areas will increase the opportunities for 
organizations and enterprises to minimize costs and maximize profits. 
At the same time, optimal management scenarios are selected from a number of 
management options; 
-an innovative approach to production and management is needed, the change of 
product types due to the development of highly demanding industries, in turn, requires 
a high level of professionalism of workers and managers; 
-organization of labor activity, taking into account the socio-psychological 
aspect; 
-changes the attitude of the worker in production to labor through the 
widespread use of incentives.
