Conclusion/Recommendations. In order to ensure the quality and safety of
industrial products in Uzbekistan, the management of these enterprises requires a
completely different approach to the existing management system. As a result of our
research, the issue of ensuring the quality of products manufactured by industrial
enterprises and their compliance with international standards is, first of all, the issue of
compliance of manufactured products with international standards. Despite the fact
that industrial enterprises have an opportunity to use the standards directly in the
introduction of international standards and national standards of advanced foreign
countries, the existing quality management documents at the enterprises are not up to
date. As of the end of 2018, 3,630 (16.6%) out of the 21,895 existing regulations have
been aligned with international standards. At the same time, the low rates of
harmonization with international standards are in the cotton industry (3.7%), footwear
industry (10.6%), chemical industry (7%), wine industry (6.8%), environmental
protection (13.5%). %, oil and gas (13.2%), construction (9.8%). In 2018, the quality
management systems have been introduced in 6,849, or 15.2% of the more than
45,000 industries in the country. The largest number of certified enterprises is in the
food industry (2191) and light industry (1217). This indicator is 11% in Andijan and
Jizzakh regions, 13% in Tashkent region, 11.5% in Tashkent city, 14.1% in Namangan
region, 14.4% in Ferghana region, and 15% in Karakalpakstan.
The above-mentioned cases are based on the development of quality
management systems at industrial enterprises to achieve strategic goals, to establish
production in accordance with international quality management system requirements,
to conduct regular marketing research in order to respond to market and consumer
needs in a timely manner. quality aimed at improving consumer properties and quality
of products i management system and the introduction of organizational and economic
development and the basis for the development of scientific and methodological
foundations.
The functioning and improvement of the quality management system in the
region is the basis for improving the competitiveness of the region, which is a key
element of the logical structural model for improving the quality management system
proposed by the author.
