Introduction.  At  a  time  of  rapid  development  of  information  and  communication 
technologies in our country, globalization, increasing competition in the world market, 
educating an educated and intellectually developed generation is an important factor in 
achieving  the  goals  of  democratic  development,  modernization  and  renewal. 
Expressing  his  opinion  that  the  "Action  Strategy  for  the  five  priority  areas  of 
development  of  the  Republic  of  Uzbekistan  for  2017-2021"  identifies  specific 
mechanisms to improve the living standards of our people, this strategy should attract 
the attention not only of our people but also the world community. It should be noted 
that  it  has  become  an  important  document  that  attracts.  As  a  result  of  the  rapid 
development  of  society,  the  information  environment  and  the  situation  in  the  labor
