for the treatment and rehabilitation of their children. Rehabilitation centers for the 
systematic work with such children and the provision of comprehensive services in the 
regions have not been created. 
 Problems in education; 

  difficulties  with  placement  in  preschool  educational  institutions  on  their 
territory, preschool educational institutions for this category of children are located in 
the city, more in the center, do not have the opportunity to participate every day; 

  Such children study education only in specialized schools and boarding schools, 
and there is no opportunity to study in public schools like ordinary children. 

  Special vocational colleges and vocational schools are not enough for children 
with disabilities to get a profession after finishing general secondary education. 
Social consequences of disability in children and barriers in society; 

  In the neighborhood, on the street, when they travel on public transport, they feel 
that they are being cared for by people with eyes of compassion and pity; 

  Relatives and people around them advise to transfer the child to a specialized 
institution, which has a very strong impact on them and reduces their confidence in 
life.
