Abstract
This article examines the world experience in solving problems in logistics processes using the example of countries such as 
Uzbekistan, Germany, Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as an interactive benchmarking tool created to help countries identify the 
problems and opportunities they face in their activities in the field of trade logistics, and what they can do to improve their efficiency.
