Learning Outcomes	Students should be able to: 1. Verbally detect the form of verbs in a dialogue with simple present tense at the end of the class. 2. Complete the dialogue by selecting the appropriate verb form. 3. Write a simple present tense essay titled "My Daily Routine."
Contents	Present Simple Tense a. Singular and plural simple present tense b. Expresses daily habits or routine activities c. The verb must be in the present simple tense.

Prior Knowledge	In earlier classes, students had learnt the following: 1. The simple present tense's functions

Set Induction	Questions are posed by the teacher. 1. What time do you eat dinner? - My dinner is at 6:00 p.m. What time do you arrive at school? - I arrive at school around 2:00 p.m. What city do you call home? - I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 2. Emphasizes the teacher's use of simple present tense while asking questions, as well as the students' responses in simple present tense.
Content Development	Teacher asks students to open page 6 in textbook (Appendix 1) Ask A representatives to read the exercises. (Appendix 2) Ask another representative from the class to verbally choose what are the simple present tenses used in the dialogue. (Destination b1)
	Teacher asks students what are other examples of simple present tense and writes on the whiteboard. Explains the functions of simple present tense. -simple present tense is a verb that are used in the present time to express daily habits or usual activities and facts i.e : Lola takes a shower every morning He eats breakfast at 7 am Uncle Jack sends his children to school by car Babies cry. Birds fly. Teacher asks students to give other sentences that include simple present tense. Teacher distributes handouts to students and asks them to do exercise 2.1 individually and will be discussed in 10 minutes (Appendix 3) Teacher discusses with students together for practice 2.2.(Appendix4) (English grammar in Use. Third condition) Teacher assigns students to write an essay titled “My Daily Routine” .
