An analysis of the scientific work of local scientists devoted to the forecasting of the rural 
labor market shows that in these studies, based on retrospective statistics, their future parameters more 
attention has been paid to the use of models that are consistent with formalization methods.
Methods of modeling and extrapolation of market forecasting are described in detail, in which 
the definition of prospects on the basis of segmentation of the research object by sectors and industries 
of the economy methodology is proposed.
In this segment of the labor market, changes in the situation under the influence of socio-
economic factors, the regulation of labor supply and demand, the appropriate economic-mathematical 
and imitation models have found expression [6].

a particular region, reflecting the advantages of calculating the future population through the age-

labor market.
The issues of econometric research, development of its economic-mathematical model are not 
fully and widely covered. In particular, the demand for jobs in farms in rural areas and the demand for 
employees in them. 
There is a need for a comprehensive forecasting of the solution of theoretical problems and 
practical aspects in research work aimed at studying the future indicators.
