Rate: $129 (single/double occupancy) (plus state and local taxes of 4.5%). Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations done prior to 72-hours before arrival will not incur a penalty. Group rates will be extended for 3 days prior to and 3 days after the conference, based on availability. Area Airport and Train

The Denver International Airport (DEN) is located 35 miles from Golden, Colorado, and 25 miles from Denver’s Union Station. Denver’s high speed, state-of-the-art RTD A Line train picks up visitors directly outside the airport doors and drops them at Denver’s beautiful, recently renovated Union Station in 36 minutes. From Union Station, visitors can continue on to Golden using the high speed RTD light rail W Line. And all for $9.00!
Make sure before you head to Golden that you take advantage of everything that Union Station has to offer. Whether it be lunch at one of the many restaurants, a cup of joe at Pigtrain Coffee, ice cream at the Milkbox Ice Creamery, or picking up a book/gift at Tattered Cover Book Store, you’ll certainly want to spend some time here!
Denver Marriott West has a complimentary shuttle that will pick up guests from the Oak Street Station just 2 miles from the hotel. This service can also be used for guests wishing to take the light rail into Denver or to Union Station. The shuttle runs every half hour and can be scheduled through the front desk at 303.279.9100.

Hotel Shuttle: There is no shuttle service directly from the airport to the hotel. There is complimentary shuttle service to within a half mile of the hotel, and complimentary shuttle service to the Oak Street Light Rail Station 2 miles away (this is where the W Line from Union Station will pick up/drop off). NOTE: you will need to call the hotel to add your name to their pick-up and drop-off list. While they will be adding this stop to their service during our conference, this is not a regular stop they make.
