Students use the model in Activity 2 to write
their own CV. Alternatively, provide another
model if your students require a different style
of CV, such as one with a personal statement.
Language
Ask students to talk about their plans for after
the course. Write responses on the board and try
to elicit a range of different future forms,
including the ones from the Language box on
schedules in the previous unit (page 58), and
discuss the differences between them.
Speaking

Students use the language in the Language box
to talk about their own career plans. This can be
done in pairs, and each student from these pairs
can later report what they heard to another
student. Interesting points from willing students
can be shared with the class in feedback.
