24. Give info about the documents required to obtain a license in the sphere of tourism
To obtain a license, the license applicant submits to the licensing authority the following documents:
a) an application for a license indicating the name and legal form of the license applicant, the information specified in the certificate of state registration as a business entity, in the current certificate of conformity of tourist services and documents of title to the premises for carrying out tourist activities, location (mailing address ) the applicant for a license, contact telephone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail and bank details, as well as the requested direction ristskoy activities under paragraph 5 of this Regulation;
b) copies of the documents referred to in subparagraphs "b" , "e" and "e" of paragraph 8 of these Regulations;
c) a copy of the document confirming that the license applicant has paid a fee for consideration by the licensing authority of the application of the license applicant;
d) information about the leader indicating the surname, name and patronymic, year of birth, passport details, home address, education, contact phone numbers.
10. The licensing body independently receives the documents and information necessary for issuing a license that are available in other authorized bodies, in the prescribed manner through information interaction, including in electronic form.
11. The requirement from the license applicant to submit documents not provided for by this Regulation is not allowed.
12. Documents required to obtain a license are submitted by the license applicant to the licensing authority directly, through postal services or in electronic form with a notification of their receipt.
Documents submitted in electronic form are confirmed by electronic digital signature of the license applicant.
Documents sent to the licensing authority to obtain a license are accepted by the responsible person of the licensing authority according to the inventory, a copy of which is sent (delivered) to the license applicant with a note on the date of receipt of the documents.
For the submission of false or distorted documents and information, the license applicant is responsible in accordance with the law.
