25. Give info about consideration process of application to obtain a license in the sphere of tourism
For consideration of the application, the license applicant pays a fee of 2.5 minimum wages established on the day of payment, which is credited to the bank account of the licensing authority.
If the license applicant refuses the submitted application, the amount of the fee paid is not refundable.
14. The decision to issue or refuse to issue a license is made by the licensing authority within a period not exceeding ten business days from the date of receipt of the application by the license applicant with all the necessary documents specified in clause 9 of these Regulations, based on an expert opinion approved by the corresponding deputy head of the licensing authority body.
15. The licensing authority shall notify the license applicant of the decision within one day after the adoption of the relevant decision.
A notice on a decision to issue a license shall be sent (served) to the license applicant in writing, including electronically through an information system, indicating the details of the bank account and the deadline for paying the state fee. Simultaneously with the notification of the decision to issue a license, the license applicant is sent to sign the license agreement.
26. In what cases the state authority can refuse in issuing a license in the sphere of tourism
A license may be refused for the following reasons:
submission by the license applicant of improperly executed documents;
the presence in the documents submitted by the license applicant of inaccurate or distorted information;
non-compliance of the license applicant with the licensing requirements and conditions.
Refusal to issue a license on other grounds, including on the grounds of the inexpediency of issuing a license, is not allowed.
The license applicant has the right to appeal the decision of the licensing authority to refuse to issue a license, as well as the action (inaction) of an official of the licensing authority, in the manner prescribed by law.
