Recently, no one can deny the fact that raising kids in families with only one parent has been a trend. This essay will examine the causes as well as the problems related to this tendency. There are a number of reasons for this trend. To begin with, the main factor of bringing up children in this type of family is that a variety of people do not appreciate family values. It is easy for them to get divorced after few arguments as there is a misunderstanding between husband and wife, although upbringing children need the contribution of both parents. Another contributing factor to mention is that many people pass away at an early age. Therefore, the other partner takes all the responsibility to bring up their kids alone. Unsurprisingly, there are some significant problems that should be concerned. The greatest of these is that the lack of education from one of the parents may lead to loneliness among children. They can compare themselves with their peer who has complete families and feels unhappy. Another problem no less important is that the loss of one parent can be the cause of children’s disrespectful behaviours. Being a single parent sometimes makes it difficult to supervise children because they remain busy at work. As a result, young people may behave improperly or violently. In conclusion, we can see that bringing up children alone has many detrimental effects which are not beneficial for the kids' future. For this reason, people should avoid raising kids in single-parent parent families and try to take care of them.
2. Nowadays people around the world are choosing to self-medicate rather than seeing a doctor and using conventional medicine. What are the causes of this change and what effects can be seen as a result?
All over the world it has become common to protect yourself from doctors and try to be cured by
self-medicine. This essay will discuss some reasons why this has occurred and examine the
consequences of this trend. The main cause of using self-treatment is that the medicine nowadays is too expensive for people with average or low salary. This means that in many hospitals you can be ripped off for few procedures in order to detect the illness and prescribe the treatment. If doctors make prices more suitable then people will better attend hospitals and accept the tips and the remedies given by doctors. The other major cause is that the overwhelming majority does not trust doctors, thinking that the internet can be the great source of finding the way of treatment. Furthermore, they use this tips without any consultation of the high-qualified professionals in this area .The effects of this have been and will continue to be serious for people and for next generations. Society must ensure steps are taken to prevent this problem from increasing further.
3. Many children who are home-schooled are not prepared for university at the same rate of children in government-funded schools. What do you think are the causes of this? What effects will this have on society?
Globalization has become one of the most important changes in contemporary world, affecting more parents to create school conditions at home for their children. However, the quality of knowledge of students who study at home is not enough when it comes to university while school students are more prepared for it. The reasons for this issue seems to be modern opportunities, which establish young people’s study place today. One of the main opportunities causing that kind of difference is availability of technologies and
sources in learning purposes. It means that people can find relevant information from the internet and by using devices at home study basic subjects in order to teach their children. For instance, parents want to give knowledge in physics from several internet resources and showing videos on computer. In comparison with knowledge gaining in government-funded schools this method have minor effect because all needed books on subjects are provided by the administration gives students opportunity to further studies. As a result, children studying at home have only superficial understanding of topics and face with insufficiency of basic experience in all subjects which have huge impact on learning at high-education places.
Another reason for the difficulties arising in home-schooled students are lack of structured system and professional guidance. There are special schedules for all periods and teachers who can support children on their path to learning new information in schools, whereas at home parents with low qualification in teaching may able their child to feel freely and learn whenever they want. For example, a child can spend most of his time on playing video games instead of getting new information in particular education fields. Also, they are cutted from school environment which play huge role in developing communication skills. Consequently, they have several misconceptions in education process and less focus on study, creating issues with discipline and perception of relevant data. Not surprisingly, if home-schooled student will have issues in finding own place in new university environment. To sum up, it seems to be that some parents are preferring home studies in order to avoid risks at school and tries to give them important knowledge as much as possible. Thus, their children have barriers at their new occupations rather than completely prepared school students who have all needed skills.

Additionally, having extra money would mean that have the purchasing capacity to buy modern gizmos, like game consoles and other modern devices that prohibit physical mobility and instead require fullscreen attention. As a result of this overconsumption of unhealthy diet coupled with a sedentary lifestyle, their overall health condition is debilitated. If these practices continue on, they are at risk of developing illness that is serious and life-threatening. That is why, critical diseases like heart problems, diabetes, and strokes are becoming prevalent in these part of the world.
