e-Government is a system of organizational and legal measures and technical means aimed at ensuring the activities of state bodies in the provision of public services to individuals and legal entities using information and communication technologies, as well as interdepartmental electronic interaction.

2. Single portal of interactive government services
Single Portal of interactive government services (SPIGS) - my.gov.uz was launched in 2013.

The main tasks of the SPIGS are: электронных государственных услуг Единый Портал интерактивных государственных услуг
publication of the list of electronic government services (EGS), as well as the procedure for their provision;
electronic acceptance of applications and other documents from applicants for receiving EGS;
providing government agencies with the opportunity to process the received applications in electronic form and send the result to the applicant;
accepting requests for the provision of EGS, transferring them to departmental information systems, receiving and providing results on them to applicants
tracking the status of the provision of EGS;
formation, storage and verification of the authenticity of electronic documents;
accounting for requests from applicants, as well as monitoring the quality and timeliness of the provision of EGS by government agencies
Applicants' access to the Single portal of interactive state services is carry out through the Singel Identification System (OneID). OneID designed for easy access for all users to various information systems of e-Government.
Currently, the Single Portal of interactive state services has created the opportunity to receive more than 270 types of EGS, at the same time, by the end of 2021 planned to increase the total number of provided electronic public services to 300.
Statistics show that to date, more than 35.3 million applications for the provision of e-Government services have been sent through the Single Portal of interactive state services, the number of users is about 850 thousand.
At the same time, current year, a mobile application was launched, the Single Portal of interactive government services, through which more than 60 EGS are provided.
In addition, in order to create convenience for citizens and business entities, more than 900 post offices throughout the country have established a process for providing 34 types of EGS, for this, a special module has been created at Single Portal of interactive government services for operators of post offices.
