mixed. Together, thick licorice licorice and leaf leaves were added, the mass was thoroughly evenly
moistened with 5% solution gelatin (weight should connect easily and to lag behind the stick). The
finished weight of the lozenges was molded to 1.0 Special forms of stainless metal, lubricated with
vegetable oil. The pastilles were dried at a temperature of 30 in a drying oven.
The dried lozenges
were sprinkled with a mixture of powdered sugar, starch, cocoa powder and vanillin (1: 1: 1: 0 3
ratio). The organoleptic characteristics of profiled lozenges by the method of A.I.Tentsova [4] . The
study of organoleptic (gustatory) indices was carried out in a group of volunteers (20 people) on a 5
point system, while the higher the value of the sweetness index, the higher the corrective capacity.
In this case, the equivalent of sweetness is a 5% solution of sucrose. As a result of the research, the
sweetness of the pastilles was a 5.0 points. Further, in order to reduce the degree of sweetness, the
amount of citric acid was increased to 0.1% ready-made
brown troches, sweet taste, with a specific
odor, round: diameter 10 mm, height 4.220.3 mm; average weight 0,520,12 abrasion 98,015%;
Disintegration 6 g Solubility strength 82.2%. Ready-made lozenges were packaged in cardboard
boxes of 30 pieces.
Conclusions: Based on the study of literature sources, a composition of the scorched infant formula
in the form of mouths recommended for treatment of acute respiratory diseases as an expectorant
was developed. On the basis of the anti-inflammatory theoretical
calculation, the corrigents
introduced into the children pastilles, which was refined by the organoleptic method of threshold
concentrations. Techno was developed to evaluate the quality of children's anti-inflammatory
troches.
