Abstract

This article is aimed at increasing the activity of the population in the joint fight against corruption ,studying the experience of foreign countries and formation of an intolerant attitude to corruption in the minds of young people.

Introduction

By the XXI st century , the problem of eradicating corruption remains unresolved .According to the UNO, bribery in the world has averaged $1 trillion a year over the past three years.This includes very large cases of corruption.Addressing the Oliy Majlis on November 6, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, addressing the inauguration ceremony, touched upon the issue of corruption ,nothing that over the past five years , the fight against corruption has been rasied to the level of state policy.In particular, It was noted that National Anti-Corruption Council has been established under the leadership of the Chairman of the Senate, and the Anti-Corruption Agency is also actively working. "We will continue to mobilize the forces and means of the state and society to eradicate this scourge of development " the President said.In this regard, the President stressed the need to raise the legal awareness and culture of the population in building a democratic state and civil society ,to inform the public about the content of laws and decisions.

Nowdays, Every in country activity of the population anti-corruption increased.Countries around the world are urging their citizens to eradicate this scourge while maintaining their strong position in the fight against corruption. Carrying out explanatory work among citizens on the consequences and its negative consequences furthermore, it is important to strengthen cooperation between the population and government agencies in the fight against corruption.It must demonstrate the formation of an uncompromising attitude towards corruption in the minds of citizens. Any developed country come occurie to corruption .Corruption is expressed differently. For expamle in Europe contries ,Almost in France bribery is uncommon in medicine and education. In France medical service is mainly provided by the private sector.In this case, there is no to provide financial incentives to medical staff.This is reason ,the patient officially pays for his or her services.Almost all money for medical care is covered by health insurance not only in private but also in public medicine .Other developed countries education system is transparent and freedom.All resources will be mobilized for quality education . In the system higher education , the student chooses hisself a set of disciplines, and proffessors-teachers too.And the result is strong competition,and finally, the proffessors will evaluate the teachers’ rating .The knowledge giving will be not based on bribery.The above system is being introduced in Uzbekistan overcome corruption.At the time, in Uzbekistan medical and education system is decreased corruption .Quality medical care in the field of medicine is guaranteed.In education
