The maps illustrate how the American town changed over 60 year period from 1948 to 2010. Overall, there was a gradual change in the number of buildings, however, some residential houses, the petrol station and the dimension of town did not alter.

These days revolving public gardens and farmland into modern residence evolutions. Although I admit that there are some negative consequences of this trend, I strongly believe it is a positive development because of some reasons.

On the one hand, there are two obvious negative effects of revolving public gardens and farmland into modern residence developments. First of all, the air quality condition because many trees will be removed from those areas, as a result of the air quality might be occur deficiency. Moreover, the population is dramatically rises since many people are moving into the cities. Consequence the population explosion and increased human activities will be posing serious threats to the ecosystem.
On the other hand, despite causing some issues, I still believe that two primary benefits will emerge. One primary benefit is that the population is growing rapidly around the world because number of births above than mortality. Consequence the population needs economically, affordable and comfortable new housing developments, nowadays most business companies offer that kind of residence evolutions. Besides that, more housing programs will bring more residents and boost the economy, which means more job positions and tax payers. The most civilized cities for example Tokyo and London lifestyle great well.
In conclusion, I believe that the negative outcomes of the discussed topic can be avoided by taking proper actions and, to me, it seems to be positive development after all.
