Teachers that work too hard are the ones that burn out

I agree with the Essential Question/Assumption: “Teachers that work too hard are the ones that burn out.”I see the adverb 'too' is used here which means more than is needed or wanted; more than is suitable or enough. Teachers should work hard but not too hard. I know teachers want to share the most valuable information with their students. They prepare everything needed to do so. They think that students' minds can bare or memorize everything they learn. On the contrary, that is not what happens. You do not have to prepare your lessons too hard in a way that you burn out and feel exhausted. Remember, the candles are used to seek light, not to burn out. The candles are the teachers. When candles burn out, there won't be light. Take it easy. Step by step, students will learn everything you're teaching to them. You do not have to prepare all the tenses while teaching one tense (e.g present simple). When they ask questions about tenses they haven't taken yet, just tell them it's not the right time to know. I will explain all the details later when the time comes.
