Nowadays, there are huge number of opportunities for students of Bachelor and Masters degrees to start, continue or even do internship during study period abroad. Another key fact to remember, it’s important to make a list of all your priorities when searching for an apartment. Does it need to be near your job or in a neighborhood full of restaurants, bars and nightlife? Are you OK living in a tiny apartment with rather cramped bedroom or it has to be spacious living room? Or, do you need a little more space? If you want to have a balcony overlooking the ocean you have to add extra 15% to price. Try to get fully furnished and appliances apartment which had recently been remodeled. What’s more, by doing this from starting point you will avoid some extra spending for facilities.
Moreover, you have to be responsible on choosing right roommate. I think the biggest thing with considering roommates is having a list of your expectations and having a list of their expectations and having good communication about that from the very beginning.
