If you have available capacity, you have the opportunity to Post A Truck to Relay.

When on the Load Board page, select the ‘POST A TRUCK’ tab. You can post a new truck by 
first choosing between a one-way and round-trip. You will then need to provide the 
required inputs. After the requirements are entered, click the ‘Submit’ button to post your 
truck.

Box truck work is currently only available as one-way. To place a box truck post, select, 
One-way from the work type drop down, carrier owned from the equipment drop down and 
26’ from the trailer drop down.

Once you click on ‘Submit’, you will 
see confirmation text notifying you 
that if the trip matches then it will be 
automatically booked for you and 
rejecting the trip will be counted 
against your performance scores for 
tender acceptance.
You will also see a Recommendation 
based on your post.

While creating or updating an order, if there is an existing 
load on RLB that matches your available truck exactly, you 
will be redirected to book the load from the load board 
instead of posting a new truck order.

After the order is confirmed, it will appear in your active orders. The status will remain Open 
until either (a) a match is found and the load is booked for you or (b) the time of available trip 
start has passed.

Similar Matches

Similar Matches are similar to your post, but do not match 100%. You can determine if they 
may work for you. You can book it directly if you like the similar match and that post will 
automatically mark the truck order as fulfilled.

Matching/tendering experience
When a match occurs, the load will be tendered to you at or above the payout you specified. 
You’ll receive a booking email (similar to load booking emails you receive today) with the load 
details and the payout (including a breakdown of costs by base rate, fuel and toll surcharges). 
The load will appear in the Your Trips section along with other tendered loads.

Once a load is assigned to a truck, the truck status will change from ‘Open’ to ‘Filled’ and will 
be visible in Filled tab.

Viewing status of Orders
At any time, you will be able to see all existing truck orders 
and their current status.

Open: Orders that have Start 
time in the future and is still 
available for a potential match.
Filled: Orders that have been 
assigned a trip but not yet 
executed. Filled state will give 
easy access to VRID/Tour-ID 
that matches the Order so you 
can see them in trips view. 
Cancelled: Orders that were 
created and subsequently 
cancelled by carrier before a 
match was assigned.

Edit: Allows to 
change search 
criteria and save 
new inputs on 
open orders (not 
yet matched).
After you click on “Edit” you will be redirected to 
this pane to change your truck posting.
