NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The annual meeting of your ACPE Federal Credit Union will be held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2015 from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. in the lobby of the credit union. There are two (2) positions open on the Board of Directors with each vacancy serving a 3-year term. If there are more than two (2) nominees for the two open vacancies, ballots will be mailed to all members no later than January 26, 2015. If there are only two (2) nominees and no other nominations by petition, there will be no election by mail ballot and the two (2) nominees will be elected by acclamation.
In order to give you the opportunity to vote at your convenience, this year’s balloting will be done by “mail ballot” ONLY, rather than by voting at the annual meeting. There will be no nominations from the floor.
The following individuals have been verified as willing to serve if elected to the Board of Directors:
Keith Ferguson (for 3 years)
Ami Egge (for 3 years)
A brief statement of qualifications and biographical information for each of the above nominees may be found on the back of this notice. Additional nominations for the Board of Directors may be submitted as follows:

By submitting a petition signed by one percent (1%) of the members (4,108). For the 2015 election, the number of signatures required on each petition is 41.

A separate petition must be completed and submitted for each nomination.

Each petitioned nominee must submit a statement of qualifications, biographical information and a certificate stating nominee is agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected.
The above petitioned nominee information must be submitted to ACPE Federal Credit Union, 2835 E. Grand Avenue, Laramie, WY 82070 no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 16, 2015, Attention: Nominating Committee.

Biographical Information:
Keith Ferguson - I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a B.S. in education. I retired from Albany School District #1 after 30 years of service. My children, K.C. and Sarah are members of the credit union. My wife Peggy and I have been members for 29 years. I served on the Wyoming Amateur Softball Association board of directors for 7 years. It has been my pleasure to serve on the ACPE board of directors for the past 5 years. My goal as a board member is to provide for the growth of professional financial services for all members and the continued success of ACPE.
Ami Egge - I was born and raised in Laramie, and attended the University of Wyoming where I earned a bachelor’s of science in Speech Pathology in 1991. Following my graduation, I began working at Ark Regional Services, and am currently serving as the Vice President of Community Resources. In addition to my career, I have the honor of being a member of the Soroptimist Club, which focuses on bettering the lives of women and girls in our community.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. I have been married to Gary Egge for 22 years. Gary and I have 2 children. Our daughter Sara is 20 years old and is currently attending Cosmetology school. Garrett is 16 and a sophomore in high school. He is an avid golfer. I enjoy spending time with my family at our cabin, traveling and quilting.
