Dissertation topic: Improving the technology of obtaining healing and tasty dried fruits and vegetables

The purpose of this work is to improve the production of fruits and vegetables, mechanization and intensification of the formation of cracks in the seed shell, preservation of useful nutrients and vitamins, and reduce the cost of the finished product. Development of a new method for the production of fruits and vegetables.

Experimental research:

- studied various varieties of apricot kernels, geometric dimensions;

- studied and analyzed the physical characteristics of the bones;

- the effect of mechanical force on the splitting of apricot pits was studied;

- the heat capacity of the apricot kernel was determined;

- The moisture absorption of apricot kernels was investigated;

- developed two-factor planning of the experiment.
