On the one hand raising the legal driving age can be an efficient solution due to two reason.
First reason
Firstly, Initially, To begin with I believe that young drivers tend to be less reckless by nature and do not always feel the responsibility when they run a vehicle.

Violation of essential rules has been caused by teenagers who were in rush and over-confident in themselves. Furthermore, relaxation of young drivers may cause serious injuries.
