While/Whereas S + V, S + V
Body 1: (agree)
I have reasons why I agree
On the one hand raising the legal driving age can be an efficient solution due to two reason.
First reason
Firstly, Initially, To begin with I believe that young drivers tend to be less reckless by nature and do not always feel the responsibility when they run a vehicle.
Support!
Violation of essential rules has been caused by teenagers who were in rush and over-confident in themselves. Furthermore, relaxation of young drivers may cause serious injuries.
Second reason
Secondly, subsequently, another point in favor is that young driving age means lack of awareness of safety and driving rules. To justify, the risk of motor vehicle crashes is higher among teens aged 16–19 than among any other age group
Final conclusion, result – karochchi yoshni ko’tarish kerak

Second reason

Example, support
This installation ensures that drivers stay alert not to violate safety rules as they are being observed by CCTV cameras
Final conclusion, result – shu ikkita yo’l ham devona
As a result, consequently, I assume these methods are practical prevention to have less accidents.
Conclusion
Restate:
In conclusion, in sum, to sum up, based on the facts mentioned above I am convinced an increase in legal age can yield some positive results whereas other actions can also be taken to reduce the car accidents such as provision of public education and modernizing the roads.
