INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation) 
Purpose of research
. T
o develop proposals and recommendations for 
increasing employment in Uzbekistan by increasing the efficiency of the social 
mechanism.
Objective of the study: 
temporal analysis of the retrospective state of employment; 
socio-dynamic analysis of the relationship between the existing social motives of the 
population and the structure of employment; 
exploring the potential opportunities for increasing employment by 
identifying employment problems based on empirical evidence; 
creation of a sociological model of a social mechanism for increasing 
employment and field analysis of its application in the near future; 
substantiation of technologies for improving social processes in education, 
such as "educational institution - production - labor market - professional retraining 
- employer"; 
to develop an analytical and sociological method for studying the social and 
political content of employment and the scientific and theoretical foundations of 
their study, to study regional characteristics and real problems of employment and 
theoretically determine the priority of the targeted use of resources; 
problems associated with the state of employment and factors influencing it, as 
well as the development of proposals and recommendations for their solution.
The object of research 
is the activities of organizations involved in 
employment.
The subject of research 
the specifics of the activities of organizations 
involved in employment, laws, methods and techniques for increasing employment, 
as well as relations arising in this process.
