6^th – happened reforms in education are not clarified properly by teaching staff

7^th – higher schools are not treated like centers for innovations

NEW PROVISIONS:
1^st - No exams for foreign students!
2^nd – No taxes for visa!
3d- since 2018-2019 academic programs are adopted by higher school in accordance with the ministry

   To reject teachers participations in meetings and other activities which are not connected with their professional tasks
   
5. 
   To organize Social Councils for monitoring teaching staff
   
6. 
   New procedure of hiring teachers
   
7. 
   Recognizing diploma
   
8. 
   Entrance exams based on international exams etc.
   
9. 
   Vice rector position is turned into YOUTH AFFAIRS
