Implementation of the research results.
Based on the results obtained on the 
regional characteristics of the development of demographic processes in the 
regions of the Fergana Valley: 
in Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions, the dynamics of the correlation 
coefficient between the marriage and birth rates in 2010-2020 was identified and 
measures to further develop it on the basis of geodemographic factors were 
implemented in the practice of the Ministry of Economic Development and 
Poverty Reduction.

As a result, it has made it possible to improve programs to 
increase the level and quality of human capital; 
a map of demographic zoning of territories with similar birth rates, mortality 
and natural growth rates in the Fergana Valley has been introduced into the 
activities of the Cadastral Agency under the State Tax Committee of the Republic 
of Uzbekistan (Reference of the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty 
Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 12, 2021 05 / 12-02-6 / 
10-5020).
As a result, when creating maps of the population of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan in the National Atlas of Uzbekistan, it was possible to improve the 
maps of the population and labor resources of the Andijan, Namangan and Fergana 
regions and update the database;

the results of the forecast of the population, mass, demographic processes 
(births, deaths, marriages and divorces), gender, age and territorial composition of 
cities and regions of the Fergana Valley until 2040 introduced into the practice of 
the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction (Reference of the 
Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan dated December 12, 2021 05 / 12-02-6 / 10-5020).
As a result, Andijan, 
Namangan and Fergana regions in the period up to 2040 will be able to increase 
the effective employment of the population and the formation of parameters for 
decent employment and job creation; 
data on the directions of "geodemographic waves" and parameters of regional 
demographic development arising from the regional distribution of natural 
population movements in Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions were taken into 
account when developing programs to accelerate economic reforms for 2022-2026
(Reference of the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of 
the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 12, 2021 05 / 12-02-6 / 10-5020).
As a 
result, this made it possible to increase labor productivity in production, as well as 
the competent distribution of labor resources, as well as the development of 
priorities and tasks for economic development by increasing the level of human 
capital.
