Results: 
In AIT without COVID-19, the F level was 124.5 ± 14.6 ng/
ml in men and much lower (33.0 ± 2.8 ng / ml) in women (p<0.01). In the 
acute phase of COVID-19, the F level definitely depended on the severity 
of the disease, and in severe pneumonia it reached 2939.8 ng / ml (!). 
This was accompanied by an acceleration of ESR, reaching the peak of 89 
mm / h. In 2 women with AIT, COVID-19 led to the development of De 
Quervain's subacute thyroiditis.
Analysis of the F level of F in long term of post-COVID rehabilitation 
period showed that its return to normal values proceeded very slow. Thus, 
in 10 men with AIT+COVID, the F level during the rehabilitation period 
remained at the upper limits of the norm and amounted to 239.0 ± 52.7 
ng / ml (the difference with the male AIT patients without COVID-19 was 
statistically significant, p <0.001), and in 29 women with AIT+COVID, 
respectively: 94.2 ± 39.4 ng / ml (the difference with female AIT group 
without COVID-19 was also significant, p <0.01). The study of laboratory 
parameters in 13 women in dynamics showed that before COVID-19 F 
was 54.1 ± 53.9, in the acute phase of COVID-19 — 193.6 ± 106.6 (p 
<0.01). The maximum F level was achieved at the height of COVID-19 
(866 ng / ml). There was a positive correlation of F with FT3, FT4, CS and 
lymphocyte count, and negative — with autoantibodies to TG, white blood 
cell count and glucose level. TSH during COVID-19 decreased from 3.13 
± 2.1 to 0.7 ± 0.16 μIU / ml (p <0.01) with a tendency to an increase in 
FT3 - from 4.6 ± 0.26 to 6.8 ± 2.8 pM / L (p> 0.05) and FT4 - from 15.1 ± 
1.4 to 19.9 ± 5.9 pM / L (p> 0.05). In the blood, the ALT activity increased 
by 2 times - from 22.7 ± 16.9 to 55.5 ± 20.3 U / L (p <0.01) and AST 
activity - from 20 ± 4.4 to 52.4 ± 26 , 1 U / L (p <0.01), the glucose level 
decreased from 7.5 ± 2.9 to 5.4 ± 0.6 mM / L (p> 0.05). Lymphocyte count 
varied from 38.2 ± 3.3 to 33.8 ± 4.8% (p> 0.05). During post-COVID 
rehabilitation period, these women showed just a tendency towards an 
increase in PRL - from 250.8 ± 27.3 to 300.5 ± 75.8 μIU / ml (p> 0.05) and 
almost no change of CS levels - from 307.9 ± 132.9 to 355.3 ± 150.6 nM 
/ L (p> 0.05), while the levels of both anti-thyroid autoantibodies slightly

increased (anti-TG — from 14.4 ± 7.9 to 26.9 ± 20.6 IU / ml (p>0.05) and 
anti-TPO — from 11.7 ± 4.9 to 18.2 ± 11.8 IU/ml (p> 0.05).
