что корни 
Inula grandis
используются как один из компонентов 
сырья для получения субстанции разрабатываемого в Институте химии растительных 
веществ АН РУз антигельминтного препарата Гельминтабс.

Abstract. 
For the first time, the anatomical structure of the root of the species Inula grandis, 
which grows in natural habitats, was studied and specific diagnostic signs and the localization of 
biological active substances in organs and tissues were revealed. The following diagnostic signs 
were revealed: bundle type of root structure; the presence of a multi-row periderm; the formation 
of bast fibers in the cells of the core parenchyma; the presence of large and small schizogenic 
containers and the accumulation of brown conte
nts in them (inulin’s, resins and essential oils, etc.). 
These identified diagnostic signs can be used in taxonomy and pharmacology. It should be noted 
that the roots of Inula grandis are used as one of the components of the raw material for the 
preparation of the anthelmintic drug Helminthabs, which is being developed at the Institute of Plant 
Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Растения рода 
Inula L
. (девясил) являются густыми многолетними травами из семейства 
Asteraceae
. В Узбекистане встречается 9 видов 
[1]
. Одним из наиболее распространенных 
видов во флоре Узбекистана является 
Inula grandis Schrenk
. Этот вид находит широкое 
применение в народной медицине для лечения различных заболеваний [2]. Широкое 
применение обусловлено тем, что растение продуцирует биологически активные вторичные 
метаболиты, среди которых важную роль играют сесквитерпеновые лактоны, обладающие 
широким спектром биологической активности
[3]. Фитохимическими исследованиями 
показано, что корни 
Inula grandis 
синтезируют в мажорных количествах два 
сесквитерпеновых лактона: игалан и алантолактон 
[4].
