of euphemistic substitutions, which allows you to reduce the negative aspect of the statement and maintain a 
positive tone of the conversation. 
Tolerance is a desirable attribute of power, both from the point of view of its socio-philosophical content 
and from the point of view of communicative implementation. A modern politician needs to master the 
strategies and tactics of conflict-free communication that allow harmonizing communication and 
demonstrating tolerance. 
In conclusion, we can say that the implementation of the communicative category of tolerance at the 
local level is accompanied by more differences than similarities. This is due to the linguistic and cultural 
characteristics, which are more clearly manifested in the statements of the internal political orientation. 
The different degree of reflection of tolerance in the speech of politicians at the global and local levels 
testifies to the gradual manifestation of tolerance in the political discourse space. 
Thus, despite the fact that tolerance is a relatively young communicative category for the communicative 
consciousness, this category penetrates into the texts of speeches of the country's representatives at the local 
and global levels of political discourse. In addition, the use of similar means of implementing tolerance by 
diplomats speaks of general trends in the functioning of this communicative category at the global level of 
political discourse. Probably, the active interaction of cultures and the globalization of public consciousness 
can in the future lead to the emergence of a number of general trends in the implementation of tolerance in the 
speech of political leaders of different countries.
