- to enable pupils to use adjectives to express feelings 

Sociolinguistic  competence:  -  to  raise  awareness  of  the  similarities  and  differences  of 

asking and saying the time in English and mother tongue 

Linguistic competence: By the end of the lesson pupils will be able to: - use adjectives to 

express feelings; - use adjectives after the verb “to be” 

Equipments: textbooks, handouts, technical aids, a map of the world, a blackboard and 

a piece of chalk.
