Section 437ter 
1.  A trader designated by Governmental Decree under section 437, who violates a bylaw issued and 
proclaimed by a municipal council in order to prevent the handling of stolen goods, shall be liable 
to a term of detention not exceeding three months or a fine of the third category. 
2.   Any person who buys up, by profession or habit, second-hand articles for the purpose of trade 
without having given written notice of these activities in advance to the mayor or a civil servant 
designated by the mayor for that purpose, shall be liable to the same punishment.
