Section 118 
1.  Intentional defamation of a head or a member of government of a friendly nation, present in the 
Netherlands in his official capacity, shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding 
two years or a fine of the fourth category. 
2.   The same punishment shall apply in the case of intentional defamation of a person in his capacity 
as a representative of a friendly nation accredited to the Dutch government. 
3.   In the case of conviction for any of the serious offences defined in this section, disqualification 
from the rights listed in section 28(1)(1°)-(2°) may be imposed.
