DETERMİNATİON OF WELL CONDİTİON PARAMETERS İMPACTİNG 
ON THE OPERATİON OF THE ROD WELL PUMP UNİT

Abstract
: Exploitation of wells with a rod pumping unit is one of the 
most common methods in the world, including in our country. In the article three zones during pump operation in the wells using rod 
pumping unit have been distinguished and their impact on pump operation has been investigated separately, well condition parameters 
affecting rod pumping unit operation have been determined. The density of two-phase and three-phase mixtures has been modeled by 
considering it as a multi-parameter function. A generalized parameter has been found and a three-phase mixture has been correlated 
with two-phase mixture. Thus, in order to reduce the free concentration of gas at the pump intake, it is necessary to create conditions 
in zone I to reduce the speed of the mixture from its critical value. In order to reduce the density of the mixture in zone I and regulate 
the dynamic level in mining conditions, a proposal has been made to close a pipe intake (shank) of a certain length and diameter and 
install a new constructed packer below the pump between this pipe and the exploitation pipeline. It is proposed to create such a packing 
with a packing element of new working principle, so that in this case the packer both acts as a support and participates in the packing 
due to the friction force created by the packer with a belt.
