“Uzbekistan Vision 2030”  –  an analytical and technical support, by the WBG, United 

Nations Development Program (UNDP) and local think thanks, focused on Uzbekistan’s ambitious 

goal of achieving upper middle-income status by the middle of the century. This work was focused 

on transitioning Uzbekistan from a factor-driven economy to an efficiency-driven economy over 

several decades in a way that yields a better life for the people of Uzbekistan.
