Why does bigc have a lot of comprehensive Chinese and Chinese culture courses?

We are very pleased to welcome the BIGC double degree sign agreement. We received your agreement and really appreciate it. It's an honor for us to cooperate and collaborate with BIGC.
I would like to inform you that the joint program was considered and approved by the Council of our institute. However, there are some issues with the contract. According to academic issues such as course schedules and course registration, we have a few questions:

   As we know nowadays, China is still locked down. How can our students start courses if China is still locked down? Will students study online or offline?
   

2. 
   Why does BIGC have a lot of comprehensive Chinese and Chinese culture courses?
   

3. 
   Who teaches and who gives them a salary?
   

4. 
   And the other information we will discuss in the zoom meeting, we will be creating a second zoom meeting pretty soon.

We have some ideas for BIGC.

Our offer is that before the opening of China, students study at DIEP, and after the opening, students go to BIGC for at least 1 semester. During which time, BIGC professors give students online courses for a certain period of time.
