Introduction
I have always been interested in English literature. I like reading the works of English writers and I want to live in a work while reading it. I feel like a protagonist when I read some works and I cry together I feel happy or sad myself. I was given Raymond Carver and his "where water comes together with other water" work on the subject of my course work. It is a unfamiliar writer and work for me. Because I have never read this author's works before. It was a little harder at first but I liked it after I read it. "Where water comes together with other water" is a collection of poems published by Raymond Carver in 1985.As the aquatic title suggests, many of these poems feature rivers and creeks. Rivers are within this collection: correlative objectives of distant and buried memories, of fears, of love, of ageing, of a way of looking at the external world, to say it with Carver's words, amazement."
The actually of work.
I read the life and work of the English writer Raymond Carver. I got some information. Carver wrote the poem late in his career, following his shift to sobriety. When he went dry, the awesome waters of rivers rehydrated him, and roused hope. They connected Carver to the landscape, and brought him back to reconsider his self. The beauty of water for Carver comes from its ability to commune with other bodies the intermingling of river into sea, the communion of disparate individuals into wholeness.
