What's the deal with political correctness

Nonverbal communication: It provides some insight into a speaker’s word choice. Sarcasm, complacency, deception or genuineness occurs with nonverbal communication. These things are often communicated with through facial expressions, hand gestures, posture and even appearance, all of which can convey something about the speaker. For instance, a disheveled speaker with wrinkled clothes and poor posture would communicate a lack of confidence and expertise. A speaker with a nice suit , who stood up straightly and spoke clearly , may appear more serious of knowledge. We can see this kind of communication the followings:

Eye contact: it should be maintained directly. It demonstrates warmth, openness, honestly and approachability. If you make eye contact with a stranger in passing(on the street, at a shop) give a small smile or nod to acknowledge them. Continuing on without doing so means your were simply staring or unfriendly and is considered slightly rude.
