Dear Sir/Madam, 
I hope this reaches you in the best of health. I am writing 
to you regarding the most recent changes announced in 
the email last night. This is a really sudden decision and it 
places me and others in a tough situation. I am sorry to 
complain, but this is really putting me under a lot of stress. 
I made plans based on the previous dates and I was really 
satisfied with what we had agreed upon before. Is there 
anything that can be done to reverse this decision? Or can 
those responsible sit down with us for other solutions? I 
hope you consider my request. Thank you for taking the 
time to read this. I truly apologize for the long email and I 
hope to hear back from you soon.
