WHAT IS POTTY TROTTY? Build an outhouse with wood or cardboard, add a toilet seat and a roll of toilet paper, and mount it on skis. Minimum size 4’x 3’x 6’ tall. Race against other potty’s across the ice!

*MOST CREATIVE “POTTY” WILL RECEIVE A TROPHY

RULES

* “Pottys” are to be built of wood and/or cardboard.

* “Pottys” are to mount on skis. Kids “Pottys” mounted on sleds

* “Pottys” are to be built with minimum dimensions of 4’ wide x 3’deep x 6 ‘ high.

* Kids “Pottys” are to have min. dimensions of 3’ wide x 2’deep x 4’ high.

* Pusher Handles can extend to only 16 Inches on each side

* Two (2) pushers per entry

* Each “Potty” must have a toilet seat mounted inside plus roll of toilet paper

* The Course will be 100’ long. Kids course will be 100’ long.

* All Participants must have a “Shanty Days” button.

* Entry Fee: Adults $10/”Potty”. Kids $5/”Potty”

* Heat runs with three (3) “Pottys” per heat. Winners of heat race for prizes.

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration of the Caseville Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Caseville, the Caseville Harbor Commission, the Bella Vista, DJ’s Portable Toilets Rental & Septic Service and Hoy’s Saginaw Bay Marina, permitting me to participate in Shanty Days, I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to Assume all risk and Liability associated with my participation in this Event. I recognize and acknowledge that such risks of participation in a festival include, but are not limited to, personal injury and property damage due to crowds, vandals, traffic, inclement weather conditions, including hail, lightening and wind, as well as losses related to theft. On behalf of myself, my heirs, successors and assigns, I do further agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Caseville Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Caseville, the Caseville Harbor Commission, the Bella Vista, DJ’s Portable Toilets Rental & Septic Service, & Hoy’s Saginaw Bay Marina, and its officials, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever for injury (including death) to my person, for any damage to any City /and or Harbor, Hoy’s Saginaw Bay Marina, or the property of others, arising out of, or resulting from, my participation in Shanty Days 2016. I do hereby waive, release and discharge the Caseville Area Chamber of Commerce, its members, the City of Caseville, the Caseville Harbor Commission, the Bella Vista, DJ’s Portable Toilets Rental & Septic Service and Hoy’s Saginaw Bay Marina, and its officials, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, and liabilities resulting or arising directly or indirectly out of my participation in Shanty Days 2016 events. I also release with this signature the use of all photographs, images, videos, and Internet publications for the use of the Caseville Area Chamber of Commerce.
