Annotation: 
In this article examines the problems of land accounting in relation to the registration 
of today’s forms of land use and the disproportion in the development of their accounting.

Introduction
Today, the diversity of land use in the country, the multi-sectoral use of land in a 
market economy and the lack of a systematic and accurate mechanism of land management, 
necessitate the transition to a new approach to land accounting. 
Object and methods of research 
A number of measures are being taken in the Republic of 
Uzbekistan on the effective use and management of land resources, and these are yielding effective 
results. Nevertheless, the existence of a number of problems in the process of land use and 
management, the lack of a systematic approach to the work being done in the field remains one of the 
most painful problems. that is why the President of our country Sh. Mirziyoyev on September 7, 2020 
« In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF 6061 “On 
measures to radically improve the system of land accounting and state cadastre” the task of putting 
has risen to the level of public policy.
