Subject: Regarding poor performance as Academic Coordinator
Mr. Chakraborty,

This letter should serve as an official warning to you. In a given period of time, we have not noticed any progress in your performance as Academic Director even after several verbal warnings. Your negligence caused delays in some of the vital concerns of the school such as schedule, preparation and filing of pertinent papers, and other requirements given by the agency.

As Academic Director, you are expected to put the affairs of the school first toward academic advancement; provide immediate and feasible solutions to augment the needs of your staff and students in particular.

Furthermore, it came to our knowledge that you left seven (7) Biology classes without giving any valid excuse to your immediate supervisor today, February 2, 2022. As an educator, we also would want to preserve our dignity by observing honesty in our duties and responsibilities to our learners and adhere to the ideals and aspirations of the Presidential School.

This should be a final opportunity for you to improve your performance, if you fail to show any progress then the management and the administration will take necessary actions to address the matter together with the higher body-- PIIMA.
