Copy the photos from the page 2 (student’s book).
starter Time: 5 min.
aim:
focusing student’s attention on the topic.
Ask students to match the pictures A-e with 1-5 in pairs. in whole class 
discussion, ask what the pictures have in common and why.

aim: 
teaching new vocabulary and prepare students to do listening task:
1.
Divide class into 3 or 4 small groups. Give 4 – 5 new vocabulary handouts 
to each group. Ask students to give definitions to the words and identify their 
parts of speech working in small groups. tell them to look up the words in the 
dictionary if necessary. Set the time. Observe and check group work doing. 
Monitor the process.
Elicit answers. Divide the class into 4 groups and ask them to fill in the table. 
Check their answers in whole class discussion.
